Showroom Manager - Sales - Auto/Vehicle (5-8 yrs)
Oversee Daily Operations : Manage day-to-day activities in the showroom, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of customer service.
Sales Management : Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive showroom experience.
Inventory Management : Monitor and manage showroom inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely reordering of vehicles and accessories.
Staff Supervision : Lead, train, and evaluate showroom staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and standards.
Visual Merchandising : Ensure the showroom is well-presented and maintains an attractive display of vehicles and promotional materials.
Performance Reporting : Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
Customer Service : Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Proven experience in managing a showroom, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
