We are looking for a result driven retail store manager only female candidate, to be responsible for the overall store management. Candidate should be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in store management, inventory management, and client serving also experience in retail in garments. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising as stores manage and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

- Developing store strategies to raise customers- pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff

- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

- Develop business strategies to raise our customers- pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.

- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)

- Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

- Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements

- 5-6 year of experience as a female store Manager

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Good hands-on experience in MS - Office.

- Customer management skills.

- Powerful leading skills and business orientation

Education - Graduate in any stream.

Experience - 5-6 years in Store Management
