Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee and streamline the operations of Showrider Entertainment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Finance, HR, and Media, enabling them to manage multiple aspects of our business and help drive growth across all departments. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of Showrider Entertainment to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

- Develop and implement operational strategies that optimize performance across departments.

- Oversee and improve workflow and communication within teams to maintain alignment with company goals.

Sales & Marketing:

- Design and execute sales and marketing strategies to enhance Showrider Entertainment's visibility and market share.

- Manage marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and digital media initiatives to ensure effective promotion of projects.

- Lead the sales team in generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base.

Finance & Accounts:

- Supervise financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

- Monitor cash flow and revenue streams to maintain profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Prepare financial reports for the senior management team and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Human Resources:

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of talent across the company.

- Foster a positive, creative, and collaborative company culture.

- Manage employee relations, ensuring a productive and harmonious workplace.

Media & Communications:

- Oversee Showrider Entertainment's media presence, including public relations, social media, content creation, and outreach.

- Ensure the company's messaging and brand identity are consistent across all platforms.

- Build relationships with key media partners and industry stakeholders to strengthen the company's position in the market.

Strategic Planning & Growth:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the company's growth.

- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development and decision-making.

- Develop and implement new initiatives to help expand Showrider Entertainment's footprint in the entertainment industry.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and support cross-functional teams to meet both short- and long-term business objectives.

- Implement programs for ongoing employee development and performance management.

- Cultivate an environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the entertainment or creative industries.

- Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Media management.

- Experience in the entertainment industry is highly preferred.

- Strong background in strategic planning and operations management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

- Strong knowledge of industry tools, technologies, and digital platforms.

- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

- Passion for entertainment and understanding of the industry's dynamics.

- Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
