ShowMeLeads - Manager - Digital Marketing (7-10 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SMO, email and display advertising.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals.
- Ideate new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption.
- One should be able to deploy successful cross-channel marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Knowledge And Skill Requirements :
- MBA / Diploma in Digital Marketing with analytical skills and data driven thinking with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Hands on knowledge on website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Proven ability to track, report, and analyse marketing campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Managing digital marketing brand campaigns including creative developments, website refreshes and newsletter marketing.
- Creating engaging social media strategies and execution plans that cultivative audience, increased web presence and enhanced brand awareness.
- Monitoring the success of Social Media campaigns through Google Analytics, KPI's and Dashboards.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing programs, provided market analysis and insight to senior management.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales team as well.
- Handling day-to-day Search Engine Marketing activities including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review and optimizing paid search campaigns.
- Reports of campaigns with in-depth analysis on the performance of keywords, ad copies, bounce rates etc.
- Formulating digital strategy for delivering best ROI for campaigns on various result oriented matrices of cost per click.
