Role & Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers.
- Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results.
- Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team.
- Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team.
