Shot Formats - Regional Sales Manager (4-6 yrs)
Position - Regional Sales Manager West
Work Experience - 4 to 6 years
Industry - mobile phone/accessories / insurance
Salary - 50k to 60k
Location - Mumbai & Ahmedabad
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build various Sales channels - retail/ distributor/LFR.
- Ensure product placement/ shelf space.
- Build retail and distributor relationships.
- On board new clients
- Keep the management updated on the respective region.
- Monthly update on competition
- Plan product/ pricing/ placement & promotion in their region.
- Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Regional sales manager.
- Existing Channel Relationship
- In dept knowledge of product/ pricing/ placement & promotions
- Ability to make sales presentations/ powerpoint knowledge
- Experience managing a high performance sales team.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
