Job description- Manager- Business Development
ShortHills Tech is looking for a competent and passionate Manager- Business Development for North America and Europe markets. The person will play a fundamental role to achieve the company's revenue growth objectives. The candidate should ideally have experience of selling products or services in the US and Europe market. They should also have prior experience of leading a team and be willing to take sales target.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Lead the Sales & Marketing team
- Responsible for P&L of business
- Build and execute the sales and marketing strategy
- Generate leads and able to identify potential leads for follow-up
- Monitor the sales teams targets as well as achieving own individual targets
- Should be comfortable working in US timings as required
- Preference would be given to candidate having 2+ years of experience in IT Sales for the US & Europe market and should have led a team of more than 4 people in the last job.
- Previous experience of cold-calling, lead nurturing and setting appointments/closing sales via telephone and email would be helpful.
