Shorthills Tech - Inside Sales Role (3-17 yrs)
ShortHills Tech is looking for a target-driven inside-sales Manager for US. The person will lead and drive the entire US-sales for the organization.
The ideal candidate should have
- Should have experience of directly selling to US clients for around three years
- Generated IT services sales of at least USD 0.5 million cumulatively
- Done cold-calling to US clients
- Should be comfortable in working in US timings (EST and PST as required)
- Experience in finding and filling RFP
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Preferably should have an undergraduate degree in IT. An MBA is good to have but not necessary.
The candidate's responsibility would include but not be limited to:
- Sales target (as mutually agreed upon)
- Generating leads for follow-up
- Overall marketing and sales strategy
- Directly reaching out to clients via email/calls
Finding and filling all relevant RFPs
- The person will be supported by our existing feet-on-the-ground in the US. The remuneration would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
- Huge sales incentives would be provided for achieving targets.
