SHOPX - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-13 yrs)
Key Responsibility for SEM:
1. Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns & retargeting campaigns, which include channels: Google paid search, Display (Google, 3rd Party Platforms), social media paid campaigns (FB, Linkedin, etc.)
2. Work closely with digital creative teams for execution of digital marketing campaigns
3. Track and evaluate KPIs of all performance marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for optimization4. A/B testing, carrying out experiments, and deriving insights from them should be second nature to you.
Key Responsibilities for SEO:
1. Experience in building the SEO engine from the ground up. Oversee & provide direction on keyword planning, bid management strategies, and campaign optimization for conversions
2. Managed GMB (Google my business) for 1 or many listings and have a clear understanding of how to optimize listings
The candidate background:
1. Experience of 4+ years in SEO and SEM
2. Bachelor/Master's degree in the field of Marketing or Technology
3. Excellent with MS Excel with strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
4. Previous experience in-app measurement tools and analytical tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, Upshot, Google Analytics, etc.
5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
6. A highly results oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter
7. Strong work ethic, the willingness to get your hands dirty, and get stuff done8. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
