Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize various methodologies including cold outreach, participation in networking gatherings, and leveraging digital platforms to generate new leads.

Performance Objectives and Analysis: Commit to meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, while maintaining detailed reports on progress and forecasts.

Market Insight and Strategic Analysis: Engage in comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint prospective clients, discern industry movements, and understand the competitive environment.

Communication Excellence: Exhibit exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Drive for Sales and Results: Demonstrate dedication to sales excellence and consistently meeting targets.

Industry Familiarity: Possess a foundational understanding of learning management systems and platforms.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 - 4 years in the EdTech sector, with substantial experience in B2C sales, is must.

- An undergraduate/graduate degree in any field, with a preference for degrees in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.

- Robust skills in business development, sales, negotiation, and relationship management.

- Capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
