ShopSe Sales team is currently seeking a Lead-Insurance Sales to join its dynamic and growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress and learn from the best! ShopSe sees the future in its employees and this role will open many doors to a career with us!
Purpose :
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to directly acquire Insurance Brands and driving revenue generation from them.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities :
- Lead business strategy for Health Insurance
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading General and Stand-Alone Health Insurance companies
- Drive innovation through differentiated product constructs
- Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with IRDA / Insurance cos & internal teams
- Responsible for the overall growth of the category & customer engagement.
Education & Experience :
- MBA from Premier B-School with 7-10 years of experience in Insurance Sales
- Fintech/Payment industry experience is preferred, startup experience will be a huge plus
- Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
- Self-learners with high grasping ability
