Role : Inside Sales Executive (2 positions)
Location : Bangalore - HSR Layout

Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle customer queries-inbound and outbound
- Reaching out via phone/email/social media to connect with prospective customers
- Identify and follow-up on customer queries and qualify opportunities by providing appropriate levels of information at the right time
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts by outbound prospecting
- Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
- Understand prospects needs and requirements
- Perform effective online training to merchants
Experience :
- Should have experience of 1-5 years in inside sales/sales/BD
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, adaptability computer skills
- Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
- Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Empathy as an inherent value in understanding customer queries
- Should be able to provide white-glove service to customers/merchants
- Sensitive and smart to answer merchant and customer queries
