ShopSe - City Head - Sales (5-8 yrs)
City Head:Sales at ShopSe is one of the most critical roles responsible for overseeing Business operations. Developing and implementing strategic business plans to acquire, engage and grow Merchant partners
We are not looking for a "Manager", We are looking for passionate individuals who would like to work closely with their team on the field. Someone who believes in rolling up their sleeves and jumping right into the action. We are building the largest digital platform for affordability in India and it's a Rocketship, come onboard if you want to add a booster to your career.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team by example while also helping them to achieve their goals (Acquisition, business volume, engagement)
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business and drive volume.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans in order to deliver month on month growth.
- Responsible for the P&L of the assigned region.
- Gather feedback from the merchant/customer and work with product team and customer service team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
Candidate Profile :
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
- Prior experience in Retail, Consumer durables, Lending, FMCG is preferred
- If you are an ex-entrepreneur, we are interested
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- A knack for sales and positioning our product.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
