Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and converting them into customers.
- Deliver sales as per targets set by the Global Sales Head.
- Manage existing customer base and increase repeat purchase from them.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other channels.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Provide product knowledge to the customers, and sell across all sales channels (online, retail, and distribution channels).
- Handle sales invoicing, order entry and processing.
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
- Identify new opportunities that can bring in potential sales to the organisation.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Participate in events to identify and meet potential customers and convert them.
Requirements:
- 2+ yrs of experience in Telesales
- Candidate should be fluent in English (VOICE TRAINED - MANDATORY).
- Previous sales experience, preferably in mobile phones environment is desirable.
- Ability to speak one of these languages would be an added advantage: Spanish, French, Russian and Italian.
- Having channel sales and distribution experience would be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven approach.
- Expert negotiating skills and the ability to close the deal with minimum interventions.
- Working knowledge of MS office is necessary.
- Willingness to travel globally to meet customers.

- One way cab facility will be provided.
