Shopholix - Rewards Associate - Customer Acquisition (1-4 yrs)
1. Manage the daily operations at Shopholix rewards booth placed at City Center Mall, Parijat Nagar, Nashik - generate queries, convert into signups
2. Understand and assist shoppers in Shopholix reward redemption process, troubleshoot any issues if they may be facing
3. Achieve daily signup targets (25 installs and 10 redemptions), ensure effective shopper communication, engage shoppers in conversation and convert them into signups
4. Daily reports, verified entries in master excel
5. Lead all/any other brand activations assigned and fulfil the allotted duties
