About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and competitive Field Sales Executive to join our team. As our Field Sales Executive, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. You will explore various sales strategies to attract more shopkeepers on Shopgraam platform and on-board them.
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identify the kirana stores and get their contact details
- Call the kirana stores, visit them, pitch the application, resolve their queries, follow up and get them on-board
- Help the stores in uploading and listing the products on the platform
- Use data to suggest ideas to Improve the platform adoption.

- Should hold Bachelors or Masters Degree. Holding Business Management and Sales degree would be added advantage.
- are available for full time and on-site job
- have relevant skills and interests
Other Requirement:
- Should have good communication skills
- Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets.
- Should know how to present, promote and sell products/services effectively
- Should know how to maintain a positive relationship with the customer
- Should have sales and business development experience
- Should be competitive and confident
- Along with English and Hindi, knowledge of at least one local languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, etc., will be given preference
Remuneration:
- As per industry standards

- Performance bonus on quarterly basis
