About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Internet Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving online sales and customer engagement through excellent communication, understanding of digital products, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. You will serve Australian customers, offering tailored solutions, guiding prospects through the sales process, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

- Identify and convert sales opportunities by engaging with prospective customers through online platforms (website, chat, email, phone calls, etc.).

- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend the best products or services that suit their requirements.

- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively answer questions and provide tailored recommendations.

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge & Online Presence:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the latest product offerings to maintain an expert-level knowledge base.

- Provide in-depth consultations on digital products, ensuring customers make informed decisions that lead to a high conversion rate.

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the website, promotions, and offerings are aligned with customer needs.

Customer Support & Problem Solving:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns or issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

- Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot product issues, guide customers through setup, and provide technical assistance if necessary.

- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases and have a positive experience.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

- Monitor sales performance and key metrics (eg., conversion rates, customer satisfaction).

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently contributing to the team's success.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in online sales, ideally within the Australian market or similar territories.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and convey information clearly.

- Strong understanding of internet-based sales strategies, e-commerce platforms, and digital products.

- Ability to work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively in a remote work environment

- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others and providing an outstanding service experience.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, online communication tools, and general computer literacy.

- Familiarity with Australian consumer preferences and online purchasing behavior is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in digital or tech-related sales.

- Knowledge of Australian regulatory compliance related to online sales and consumer protection.

- Fresher's also can apply should have excellent English spoken skills.

Shift Timings & Days:

- 3:30AM to 12:30PM IST (Incase of Day Light Saving 4:30AM to 1:30PM)

- Monday to Friday
