Shodhana Society - Executive - Front Office (0-10 yrs)
We are looking for a proactive female employees, customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our office's front desk, provide exceptional service to visitors, and assist with administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance. The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary..
- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing necessary information or redirecting them to appropriate departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain security by following procedures for visitor entry and monitoring the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations and communication.
- Handle any additional tasks as needed by management.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in an office setting.
