Shodhana Society - Call Center Sales Trainer (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to lead training sessions for our Call Center Sales Executive candidates. This role is focused on preparing candidates to engage directly with Australian clients, with a strong emphasis on English proficiency and excellent computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for candidates, ensuring they are equipped to handle sales calls and customer interactions with Australian clients.
- Sales Techniques: Teach best practices for outbound and inbound sales, with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals.
- English Communication: Develop and implement training on accent-neutral English, communication skills, and customer service excellence.
- Computer & Tech Skills: Provide training on using customer management systems (CRM), data entry, and other essential tools required for call center operations.
- Client Interaction: Simulate real-time scenarios and role-plays to prepare candidates for live calls with Australian customers.
- Ongoing Support & Development: Offer continuous learning support to candidates, addressing queries, tracking progress, and providing feedback.
- Evaluate Performance: Assess trainee performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Call Center Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in training or working in a call center environment (preferably with international clients).
- English Proficiency: Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, with a clear accent for international communication.
- Computer Literacy: Strong knowledge of call center software, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other essential tech tools.
- Sales Expertise: Understanding of call center sales processes, including handling objections and sales techniques tailored for Australian customers.
- Training Experience: Proven track record in conducting effective training sessions, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate training material clearly, offering practical examples and solutions.
- Patience & Motivation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and mentor candidates, ensuring they stay motivated and on track.
