SHOBI Group - Area Sales Manager (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Drive Sales Growth : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Client Account Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Execute Sales Plans : Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute effective sales strategies. Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize revenue.
Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a positive and results-oriented sales culture.
Market Expansion : Identify and develop new market opportunities within the assigned area. Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and increase brand visibility.
Budget Management : Manage the area sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment.
