We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales for the position of Area Sales Manager. In this managerial role, you will play a crucial role to generate business for the company in your assigned territory. The candidate will have to apply and lead the commercial business strategy to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets, be responsible for the successful delivery of services and contribute to the winning of new key customers.

Key Deliverables :

- Ensuring the achievement of the Annual Operating Plan in terms of primary and secondary

- Managing channel partners and collaborating with them to ensure healthy ROI.

- Formulation of Sales Strategies

- Setting and strengthening of Distribution system Supply Chain Management for the depot

- Appointing Super Stockist / Distributor in the Assigned Areas.

- Planning with the team to execute channel expansion and new town expansion.

- Recommend resource reallocation to continuously achieve and exceed target productivity and to ensure that sales in the area of responsibility as per the forecast.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Creative Planning for sales-related activities for the area to drive volumes, visibility, and reach the Overall Development (Coaching, Growth) of the team.

Preferred Areas :-Patna, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Madhubani, Sitamarhi

Candidates Requirements :

- Candidate must have completed graduation from any approved university.

- 3+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing

- Should have Good knowledge of A-Class Outlets, Wholesalers, Distributors, and Super Stockists in the Assigned Areas.

- Age - 21 to 38 Years

- CTC - up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives + Bonus

- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
