Shipway Technology - Lead Generation Role (2-6 yrs)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Call new leads derived from lists for IT services and web support organization with a major focus on it.
- Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past through phone calls or via emails.
- Set appointments with Sales Manager or Director for Business Development program discussions and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads
- Use CRM to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the area
- Accurately determine potential lead based upon established criteria.
KEY COMPETENCIES :
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call.
- Confidence and intelligence to overcome objections and convert into qualified appointments.
- Identify strategies to increase conversion rates from lead to new customer for each lead source, in partnership with manager.
- Excellent E-mail drafting skills with prompt and apt responses will be an add on.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree (Minimum)
- 2-4 years telemarketing/telesales experience
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
