The International Business Development Manager - Logistics is responsible for identifying & developing new business opportunities in the global logistics market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international logistics industry and a proven track record of successful business development. The candidate will be responsible for building & maintaining relationships with the client , developing sales strategies and negotiating contracts.
We are looking for Business Development who are confident, self-starter is a team player with drive & possesses a deep understanding of web application development.
- Identify , develop and manage new business opportunities in the global logistics market.
- Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve business goals - Conduct market research & analysis to identify trends & opportunities in the logistics industry.
- Negotiate contracts & pricing agreements with clients
- Work closely with operations & other departments to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Attend industry events & conferences to network & stay up to date on market trends qualification.
Required Skills :
- Acquiring & on boarding new sellers from the market understanding their cross border logistics requirements, pitching & selling cross border shipping product & solutions.
- Managing client relationship
- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Skills : Strong analytical skills, high proficiency with Excel , Strong Customer orientation, Relationship Management and Relationship Networking, Negotiation Skills, Ability to collate and Analyze data, Innovative solution provider, Strong Interpersonal /Communication skills.
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience working in selling cross border shipping products/ solutions & new seller acquisition/ Onboarding candidates should have prior sales experience with logistics.
