Shiprocket - Inside Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
- We are looking for Inside Sales specialist(s)/Outbound Sales. Should have good experience in Sales, preferably from logistic/eCommerce background
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Qualification - Identifying company/brands/clients suitable to our business, set up the initial discussions, pitch/upsell SR
- Interact with senior management/decision maker of prospect clients and pitch for SR
- Onboard and activate client
- POC for queries, request, complaint of all activated clients for first 30 Days from first recharge date
Required Skills :
- Good communication skills
- Corporate/Enterprise Sales specialist
- Exposure to D2C market
- Complete understanding of the product & Target audience
- Product Pitch and developing relations with Client
- Deal Closures and smooth onboarding of new clients
- Revenue Generation
- Strong Revenue Sales Cycle
- Client retention
