Sales Process and Strategy:

- Analyze customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies to win deals.

- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and gain a competitive edge.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, volume ,revenue ).

- Generate detailed reports that provide actionable insights and highlight trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration & Development:

- Collaborative Environment: Foster a team-oriented atmosphere that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support to drive innovation and success.

- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Churn and retention-

- Responsible for assigned portfolio growth and churn control

- Growth of Portfolio: Identify opportunities within the existing portfolio to upsell and cross-sell, driving revenue growth and deepening customer relationships.
