ShipGrade - Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Be the face of the company for prospective clients
- Identify prospects and evaluate their position in the industry; researching and maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads
- Convert leads to grow our business in India
- Develop new ideas/strategies to showcase our capabilities across the Ecommerce industry
- Negotiate prices with prospective clients
- Maintain relationships with clients while providing guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements
- Resolve customer grievances by investigating problems, developing solutions and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Have an extensive understanding of the products/services offered by the organization
- Keep management/line manager informed by submitting activity and results, daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly analysis
Requirements :
- Experience in any customer - facing sales role
- Clear, concise and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers
