About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing marketing team. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on acquiring new customers and driving profitable growth for our global shipping services.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement performance-driven marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and tailor messaging for optimal engagement and conversion.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze campaign performance through comprehensive data analysis, identifying key metrics and trends.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights for ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key digital marketing partners and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Effectively communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in major digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, taboola etc.) and campaign management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills to craft compelling ad copy and messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
