Responsibilities and Duties :
- BDM should have a good knowledge of Bidding and can bid on the following.(Upwork, PPH, Guru, Linkedin, Freelancer).
- BDM who can handle International (Bidding Profile) Need to be expert in generating lead and closing lead.
- Candidate will be responsible to send Proposal, follow-up with the client.
- Candidates who are applying for a BDM profile need to have a good communication skill so that they can communicate with the client and also have an ability to understand the project requirement.
- They should be good at managing the sales team and work accordingly.
