Job Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Travel to Sites: Regular visits to ongoing project sites across Uttarakhand to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.

- Project Representation: Act as the face of the company, representing our values and vision to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

- Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and ensure seamless collaboration.

- Client Handling: Proactively address client concerns and queries, maintaining a high level of service quality and professionalism.

- Go-Getter Approach: Stay motivated, enthusiastic, and take initiative in engaging with potential - clients and managing ongoing relationships.

- Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements :

- Gender: Female candidates only

- Experience: Must have prior experience in the real estate industry (minimum 2-3 years)

- Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Client Handling: Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with a keen - understanding of customer needs and expectations

- Travel: Open to frequent travel to various project sites across Uttarakhand

- Approach: Strong go-getter attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving

- Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Uttarakhand
