Open Position-

- Relationship Manager (B2B Direct Sales- 5 to 10 Years)

- General Manager/AVP/VP (B2B Direct Sales - 10 to 15 Years)

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities- B2B Clients

- Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the insurance industry.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.

- Provide excellent customer service and support.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Sales and Negotiation:

- Drive sales of insurance products and services.

- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and insurance companies.

- Prepare and present proposals to clients.

- Close deals and ensure timely policy issuance.

Team Leadership (If applicable):

- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.

- Set sales targets and track performance.

- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.

Technical Skills:

- Understanding of various insurance products and services.

- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.

- Ability to conduct risk assessments and identify insurance needs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required:

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Sales and Negotiation Skills:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals.

Business Acumen:

- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, business development principles, and sales strategies.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including CRM and insurance platforms.

- IRDA-mandated training and certification: (A Plus to Have not Mandatory)

- Candidates should have completed the IRDA-mandated 100 hours broker's training and passed the examination.
