Job Description :

- About 1 to 2 years of retail experience. Should have reached a Team Lead level in a retail business or should show the potential of guiding a team.

- Experience in B2C and market development.

- Excellent communication skills

- Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office.

- Customer facing experience - either face-to-face or on the phone.

- Team management experience.

- Training will be provided in print technology and customer service.

- Shift Managers are the first point of interaction with customers at Printo. They are responsible for greeting customers and understanding their print requirements.

- Meeting potential customers to bag big orders.

- Team management and problem-solving.

- Maintaining high customer service levels and addressing customer and team grievances.

- Managing cash and payments and sales reports
