Shift Karado - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job purpose :
- The Purpose of this position is to drive the company's top line and taking responsibility for pre and post sales closures including customer service.
- The simple idea is to attain customer satisfaction and increase sales productivity.
Duties and responsibilities :
Pre-Closure :
- Discussing with clients about their shifting requirements.
- Pen down the essential details like source, destination, list of articles, and move date.
- App Surveys and instant pricing to customer over a call followed by an email.
- Follow-up with operations for off-route pricing.
- Timely Follow-up with clients for closures and secure booking by collecting booking amount.
- Pitching clients to subscribe for VAS like insurance.
Post-Closure:
- Coordinate with client for balance payment prior scheduling a move.
- Coordinate with operations to schedule the move.
- Coordinate with the client during the move and understand if things are smooth.
- Follow-up with operations on delivery timelines and current status and timely update clients.
- Follow-up with Client on feedback post move is completed.
Qualitative Parameters:
- Must be a go-getter, target oriented and thrive for sales.
- Must be proficient with excel sheets and google drives.
- Organized, detail oriented, must be a good listener.
- Comfortable with Change and adaptive.
- Good Communication skills - Hindi and English.
- Process oriented.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications include:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate/Any qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-sales and business development in B2C environment.
- Industry experience in the field of Insurance, Mutual funds, real estate, logistics, telecom and related service industries.
- Strong client relationship management in b2c or similar environment.
Working conditions
Candidate is expected to work in the shift starting from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 12:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
