Shift Karado - Assistant Manager - Sales & Operations (2-7 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, who has worked with well-known organizations, with a proven track record of independent handling capability in Operations- Vendor Management and Customer Service. Should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and can deliver challenging targets in a tough environment. Should have worked in areas like transportation, vendor development, Packers and Movers category.
Tasks List :
The incumbent responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following -
EXPANSION :
- Identify vendor base in a chosen City.
- Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Relationship Development.
- Vendor Retention.
CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT :
- Expansion in existing cities by identifying and onboarding new vendors having pan India network and reach.
ROUTINE OPERATIONAL TASKS :
- End to End order fulfillment cycle.
- Maintain RFQs from vendors.
- Vendor quality checks
- Vendor Invoice processing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES :
- Active participation in driving sales.
- Deal with service issues on the case to case basis.
Experience :
- 2-5 years of experience in operations and key accounts.
- Must have experience in vendor development and management preferably in the unorganized sector.
- Experience in managing packers and movers category will be plus.
Education :
- UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- PG : MBA/PGDM - Logistics and Operations
