SheWin Media - Paid Media Marketing Role (2-4 yrs)
Role overview :
You will play an integral role within our paid media marketing team, to manage our media spend in multiple markets around the world on existing and new marketing channels. You- ll be expected to work on advertising platforms hands-on and execute the paid media strategy, working alongside your paid media manager. You will execute across various digital paid media disciplines (SEM, Display, Paid Social, Video). A practical knowledge of Paid Social, Paid Search and Display advertising is required, along with strong communication and a data-driven approach.
This role requires strong coordination with content, creative, data and product teams to deliver the maximum return on ad-spend for the business. It also requires a high level of discipline, dependability and accountability for your work.
Responsibilities :
- Execute our paid-media strategy for optimal use of media spend to drive RoAS and brand awareness
- Execute data-driven media plans for new and existing marketing channels
- Execute our paid-media management operations in coordination with content and creative teams
- Maintain a strong handle on KPIs of each channel and take optimal actions proactively
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness and RoAS of all paid channel activities
- Take ownership of campaign performance and drive pro-active actions to constantly improve performance
- Use data to drive day-to-day platform decisions while following a quick iteration process
- Undertake audience and competitor research and analysis; regularly report on competitor activity
- Analyse website and customer data to find optimisation opportunities around targeting and messaging
- Execute QC processes to ensure campaigns are on-brand and targeted correctly
- Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content and guide creative on ideal assets
- Stay updated with the continuously changing digital landscape and surface new advertising and optimisation opportunities

Essential :
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in driving B2C growth via paid-media channels - a strong track record of cracking new marketing channels and scaling them
- An in-depth platform management experience with either Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) or PPC (YouTube, Google Search and Display) advertising channels
- Up-to-date understanding of creative formats and content opportunities on the above advertising channels.
- Ability to deep-dive into on-platform channel data and Google Analytics data
- A strong understanding of bid/budget strategies and experience of using them in various situations
- Ability to do complex analysis on advertising data to analyse campaign/channel performance and tie-up performance with sales outcomes, understanding of attribution models
- Outstanding written and spoken English
- Experience with Google Suite
- The ability to work as part of a wider team
- Flexible in approach; a positive - can-do- attitude and excellent work ethic
- An appreciation and understanding of our brand values and our working practices
Preferred :
- Active certificates for the following Google exams: AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Display advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising and Google Analytics.
- Facebook Blueprint certification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Engineering or Communications
- Experience with Programmatic channels, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik-Tok, LinkedIn ads
- Experience of working in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Experience of luxury brands and marketing to high net-worth customers
