- To identify the prospective clients from various fields to sell residential projects.
- To coordinate with the walk in clients to close the deals.
- To prepare project presentations as and when desired by the management.
- To maintain outstanding and availability chart of the projects.
- To follow up with clients for payments as per slab structure.
- To generate leads and draw business through sales promotion activity.
- To participate in various exhibitions, seminars, etc.
- To provide after sales service to the clients.
- To arrange for site visits for clients if needed.
- To assist the sales manager as and when required.
