Responsibilities :

Generic :

- Researching trends related to the field

- Integrating keywords into strategy and evaluating the effectiveness

- Knowing the audience and what one can do for them

- Creating engaging and original blog posts, emails, and social media posts targeted to the audience based on current trends

- Using effective tools to find out what questions the audience is asking and develop corresponding content to answer those questions

- Repurposing popular content across multiple platforms

- Creating email campaigns targeted to users who sign up for gated content or opt-in to the mailing list

- Set publishing timelines from idea generation to publication

- Adjust overall marketing strategy based on what is working

- Maintaining the company website

Specific :

- Engagement farming will be one of the most crucial KRAs of this role

- Connecting with the audience via several mediums such as blog posts, social media posts, emails, gated content, video, etc.

- Coordinate the use of video into the overall marketing strategy and create a vision for the video content

- Posting our product launch on the social media pages of all potential customers

- Posting about PRs on social media accounts of all utilities

- Integrating content generated by related platforms under various categories on the Sheru website

- Integrating content generated by Sheru in other content network

- Sharing customer success with our customers and increase brand awareness

- Visiting people in-person for content/ engagement

Must have :

- 1-3 years of relevant experience

- Ability to design creative and interesting content that connects with a targeted audience

- Skills of a storyteller and a data analyst

- Ability to persuade a person into taking action through valuable, engaging, and relevant content creation

- Skills to evaluate the efficacy of strategies employed by using metrics

- Confident and smart attitude to face people in-person for content / engagement

- Zeal to learn and grow with quick learning attitude

- One should be in Delhi-NCR or ready to relocate here
