Job Location: Gurgaon - 122 002.
Designation: Team Leader - Home Care Customer Support
Job Description:
1. Service Channels - Voice Inbound and Outbound, e-mail and Chat - ( low volumes currently at 50-60 calls a day)
2. Scope - Support for Respiratory and Critical care - ICU set-ups at home, coordinate with Doctors, Nursing and Therapist, devices and nursing care at home
3. Customer Base - Primarily elderly patients, nurses, care provider and doctors.
4. There is an internal team of 3 members whom agents will also need to coordinate with and will also be using same telephone services as other agents
5. Resource Skill sets - Excellent communication skills primarily English and Hindi, other regional language capabilities will help, Good exposure in Health Care Support, excellent customer support and team leading skills.
Work Timings:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday
9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Tuesday- Saturday)
Sunday backup if needed
Note:- Will only prefer Female Candidates for this role.
