Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Content Management across all channels of Social Media Channels
2. Brand development by pulling out conversations from communities and product.
3. Will have to closely engage with product marketing, Community and Events team.
4. Sound knowledge and experience of working on engagement strategies.
5. Response rate and quality
Tasks/Duties will include :
- Develop relevant content for all social media campaigns.
- Manage and curate the already published content in SHEROES communities
- Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
- Oversee designs which include graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails
- Monitor users- comments and respond to each comment timely and with care in accordance with the SHEROES voice.
- Record and analyse all the related metrics.
- Think of new, out-of-the-box strategies to increase engagement and add new users to SHEROES platform.
- Work on videos, graphics, live events to amplify SHEROES voice on social.
