- Managing the region as a separate SBU & ensure profitability of the same
- Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget
- Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing client/ dealer / contractor / architect relationship
- Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region
- Creation & managing of relationship with different channel partners in the region
- Managing dealer and distributor network, expansion of the dealer network
- Introducing different brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region
- Giving training to the newly joined sales employees in the region so that they have a strong product knowledge
- Creation a strong network with architects / contractors / consultants / builders
- Price & credit control depending up on competition in the region
- Develop a strong a technically qualified sales force across the region
- Submission of reports regarding sales in the region / progress/ new order in the pipe line to Managing Director
- Optimum utilization of resources & cost management
