Shaz - Senior Manager - Marketing (8-12 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1) Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve Marketplace performance.
2) Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
3) Work with developers to improve our website performance.
4) Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development
5) Oversee all Marketing activities across Marketplaces.
6) Backend coordination with the operations team for smooth flow of the process.
7) Working closely with the Marketing team to give inputs on marketing strategy.
8) To assist the team over deliver on their KPI's.
9) Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current brand offering.
10) Participate in building and directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions.
