Shashila Healthy Master - Executive - Search Engine Optimization (1-3 yrs)
The SEO Executive is responsible for implementing and managing the organization's search engine optimization strategies. They will work closely with the SEO team and other departments to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the overall online visibility of the company's website and digital assets. The SEO Executive will conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and execute technical SEO tasks to enhance the website's performance in search engines. They will also monitor and analyze website metrics and collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure that the website is optimized for search engines and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for targeting.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform technical SEO tasks, such as site audits, website structure optimization, and URL optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content based on keyword research and user intent.
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Identify and implement link-building opportunities to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, including key metrics and trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for a smooth user experience.
- Work with developers to implement SEO-related changes and improvements on the website.
- Collaborate with the social media team to integrate SEO strategies into social media campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
- Optimize local search listings and Google My Business profiles for location-based businesses.
- Assist in the planning and execution of content marketing strategies to support SEO objectives.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment.
