- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing meta (Facebook & Instagram) prepaid and postpaid marketing campaigns, as well as handling Google Ads.

- The role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing field, along with a relevant educational background in digital marketing, such as Graduation/MBA. In the absence of a marketing degree, a certificate in digital marketing from a recognized university/institution will be accepted.

Responsibilities :

1. Plan, execute, and optimize meta (Facebook & Instagram) prepaid and postpaid marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

2. Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and lead generation. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights, using the data to improve marketing initiatives.

3. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

4. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling and visually appealing digital content that aligns with marketing objectives.

5. Manage and maintain digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising channels.

7. Utilize various digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign success, making data-driven decisions.

8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Content teams, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

2. Graduation/MBA in digital marketing or related field. In the absence of a marketing degree, a certificate in digital marketing from a recognized university/institution will be considered.

3. Strong understanding of meta (Facebook & Instagram) prepaid and postpaid marketing strategies and Google Ads.

4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative marketing ideas.

7. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.

8. Result-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing trends and industry developments.
