Key Responsibilities :
Content Planning :
- Plan & build a long term & short term content strategy for the company
- Own Conceptualisation for Digital, Offline & Other Creative Assets
- Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals in line with brand guidelines
- Work with Performance & Growth teams to achieve max impact via creative led campaigns
- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
- Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
- Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
Research and Report :
- Coordinating with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
- Analyze the creatives on a regular basis and implement insights
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
- Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.
- Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
Communication Strategy :
- Support other corporate communications initiatives on an as needed basis including Advisor Network and Internal Communications
- Contribute to HR/workforce and executive communications
Required Skill Set :
- Minimum 3-4 years experience as a content strategist/Sr. Content Strategist
- Prior experience in leading design, content & animation teams
- Prior creative project management expertise
- Agency experience with exposure to multiple verticals would be an advantage
