What does the team do ?

- At ShareChat & Moj, the Business Development team unifies the varied forces of revenue, marketing, and alliance. The team is a catalyst in creating long-term value for ShareChat & Moj from customers, markets, and relationships. So, does the team drive sales? build partnerships? Yes, it does it all and beautifully simplifies this complicated and fascinating discipline. Sharechat & Moj's Ads Team is looking for an accomplished business professional to lead the Mid Market Team for our Ads Business.

What you'll do :

- Achieving new business development growth and hitting sales targets

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the company's clients and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Director of Sales

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Who are you :

- 3-5 years of previous work experience in digital ad sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Goal-oriented, organized team player

- Encouraging team and staff, able to lead

- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

- In-depth understanding of the company's key clients and their position in the industry

- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions

- Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; - Master's degree preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person

- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
