Share & Manage - B2C Sales Specialist (2-10 yrs)

Job Detail :


New Customer Acquisition :

- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

- Customer Relationship Management (Account Management)

- To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand our products and services and be able to articulate it's functions and benefits to prospective customers.

- Work across key internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop account targets that underpin category strategy and knowledge of the local market.

- Track and report performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and customer satisfaction targets

- Engage with internal and external customers/teams to improve products and business processes.

- Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and use case, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.

- Work closely with senior executives to define sales roadmap and sales strategy to achieve the same

- Assist the marketing team with customer preferences and behavioural insights

- Review and monitor the performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance.

- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with B2C selling would be an advantage with a demonstrated strategy in achieving sales targets in the B2C space

- Prior experience influencing C-level executives highly desirable

- Understanding of the facilities management & building maintenance landscape in India with prior interactions with apartment owners & associations

- Experience selling services into end consumers is desirable
