Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Senior Executive to expand our client base and drive sales growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation and Market Expansion: Identify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets. Initiate leads through B2B and B2C and leverage existing network

- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Actively engage with potential customers based on their specific requirements.

- Product Knowledge and Communication: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our range of insurance products and clearly communicate their benefits to the prospects.

- Sales Process and Conversion: Drive the sales process from lead identification to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

- Market Research & Reporting: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes.

Qualification

- Education: Any bachelor's degree.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development.

- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working Conditions:

- Work Hours: Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required depending on client needs.

- Travel: Travel for client meetings, conferences and Field Sales.
