Sharan - Marketing & PR Manager (2-10 yrs)
Job Purpose: Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing (offline and online) plans and PR initiatives to promote the SHARAN brand and grow the customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation/curation, marketing database, call-center, email, social media, pay per click (PPC) campaigns, event management, publicity, feature media, webinar, lead generation campaign etc.
- Measure, evaluate and report the effectiveness of all sales and marketing campaigns (incl. conversions per campaign and per channel) against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop and deploy marketing campaign playbooks (tailored for each event type) and own their implementation from concept to execution, based on insights gained from prior campaigns, google analytics tool and market research.
- Allocate marketing budget to optimize the P&L for each service/product line.
- Ensure management of workflows & strict adherence to timelines for campaign development.
- Organize and manage all logistics, negotiations, catering arrangement for events and the marketing campaign preceding them.
- Oversee and manage the call-center: hire and train representatives, develop standard operating procedures and service protocols to be followed for phone, email and online-chat interactions and enforce compliance to set protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, create and maintain campaign-specific landing pages, ecommerce/shopping cart, creative copy for ads/promo materials, and grow our social media presence.
- Build a wide network of influencers, bloggers, press representative who can carry your stories. Arrange for press coverage for key events.
- Collaborate and partner with agencies, media, vendors and other partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Digital Marketing background with proven experience in facebook, google, display campaigns and/or strong PR connects with media a MUST.
- Solid grasp of marketing tools & strategies to lead integrated offline and digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong online/offline media connects a plus.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across all channels marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Proficient in creative graphics, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Understanding of to vegan/plant based nutrition a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree minimum preferably in marketing or a related field
