ShapeCrunch - Manager - Business Communication (2-8 yrs)
You will be the face of the company !
- The basic role is to be a link between alliances + patients and production team of Shapecrunch.
- Support all alliances by communicating with the team
- Support all patients, their queries, calls, feedback
- Ensure quality check before shipping of product and ensure production team meets the deadlines.
The ideal day in this job would be :
- 40% Supporting customers by attending calls and managing their appointments.
- 30% ensuring the orders done by doctors are in backend and shipped on time
- 20% communicating with doctors
- 10% other related work
