Shangrila Corporate Services - Officer - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :-
- Communication with the prospect (CFO, Finance, Taxation, Compliance, and Procurement Team) based out of India.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and open up meaningful sales opportunities through outbound calling, personal networks, email outreach, market research, industry mapping, company profiling and digital networks.
- Responsible for setting up first level meetings and manage the important notes of the meetings.
- Closely work with the Business Development Team based out of India for organising any demonstrations related discussions and presentations.
- Conduct marketing research for identifying new business prospects and locating contact information.
- Participate in development of sales strategy and give feedback to sales leadership and make it more effective basis interaction with prospective clients.
Experience / Skills
- Fresher or experience in inside sales, selling B2B services to senior level (CXO, VP, Directors) decision makers organisations in India.
- Ability to qualify and prioritise prospects, and generate opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers at target organisations.
- Ability to constantly generate new ideas for the company's advancement and success
- Managing tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, demonstration and writing skills.
