Shangrila Corporate Services - Manager - Sales Operations/Support (8-12 yrs)
This role will lead a team of Sales Support and MIS Experts to support the Business Development team to attain maximum adherence to business strategies and objectives thereby ensuring high level of productivity.
We are currently having opening for the Sales - Operation role. Below role description for your reference.
Job Description -
- Work closely with the business development team to identify opportunities with prospective client companies. Identification of Leads, Validation of Leads in database, Planning and updating leads to assign it to sales queue
- Work closely with the Senior Management team to monitor and closely guard the sales activity using strategy versus attainment data.
- Strong background with B2B Research, Secondary Research, CRM Data Management, database building, data validation, data cleaning, data research
- Effective web research by using various online database
- Extensive research experience with market research, competitor analysis, account intelligence for stakeholders
- Work closely with the business development team to assess their needs and map those needs with the CRM Software
- Track and maintain complete CRM with timely inputs for optimizing efforts and resources
- Provide complete backend support to the BD Team in terms of RPF assessments, proposal formulations, managing response repositories.
- To ensure continuous process improvement in the sales activity to reduce Turnaround Time
Desired Skill Set :
- Education Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably an MBA in Sales and marketing.
- Ability to manage administrative functions to ensure quality and timeliness,
- Able to generate accurate and timely sales activity and performance reports, analyses report, and maintain accurate and complete client and prospect database.
- Ability to effectively utilize CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills
